Harry is a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach that really goes above and beyond. His love for strength training, developing physical appearance, and living a healthy lifestyle means that he can empathise and motivate his clients through what drives him personally.

What do you love about your job?

Nothing satisfies me more than seeing other people take control of their health and well-being, demonstrating a relentless pursuit of what they’re capable of achieving. I pride myself on being personable and approachable, and having the knowledge and experience to go above and beyond when required, when I see clients vibing off my enthusiasm it encourages me to keep pushing forward.

What is your greatest motivation?

I’m driven by my determination to help others succeed. I’m encouraged to always strive to provide a service that a client can enjoy and is equally motivated to do. I enjoy learning about strength training principles and methods and then applying that knowledge to my own practices.

Hobbies & Interests?

When I’m not in the gym I enjoy being outdoors. Being someone that was brought up in the countryside I enjoy getting out and about and exploring. In contrast, I also spend my time gaming. I’ve been a competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter over the years.

  • – First Class BSc Sports Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage
  • – Level 3 REPS Personal Trainer
  • – Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist
  • – Former Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Welsh Rugby Union and Dragons Academy, Welsh Athletics and Welsh Rowing
