Manpreet chose our personal training gym in London for quite a unique reason; she was following in her mother's footsteps. Having seen the impact of our body transformation program on her mother's health, energy and lifestyle, Manpreet decided to take the same journey.
A postgraduate student studying for a masters degree in political theory, Manpreet did not find the idea of going to a gyms appealing, but once she came into Embody Fitness on Bartholomew Lane, she realised that our approach is friendly, our team are welcoming and our focus is on results!

Over the years, we have refined our approach to female fat loss programming and workouts. Creating a clear and results-focused plan to achieving your goals is essential in whatever you do. When it comes to fitness, research has shown that setting clear goals can help to enhance long-term commitment to exercise. In Manpreet's case, she was able to achieve some incredible gains in strength, endurance and conditioning, whilst achieving her fitness goals. Having smaller goals to achieve on a piece-meal basis made the journey a lot easier for her to process and once she started to notice the results it was a lot easier to maintain focus and commitment.
